Newton

:
I’m replying to John Ryan. This app is a dictionary. You type in the term you’re looking to have explained. Bingo, you get the meaning. This is not a reference guide. For that you need a separate book. You cannot have a Table of Contents in a dictionary. The entire 1250-page dictionary is actually a gigantic Table of Contents. You can browse this dictionary by hitting the forward and back buttons and searching by a few letters, e.g. int. But it is not a reference book and doesn’t purport to be one. Still you should find Newton’s Telecom Dictionary app useful in your day-to-day work as you run across words and terms you may not be familiar with. John, you’ll be pleased to know that this dictionary is both comprehensive and up-to-date with the latest terms, many of which were just added. I know Harry Newton and his people have been working on this dictionary for over 25 years. It’s a very impressive and very useful work.

Not set up well

:
I bought this because I am in the telecom industry. I'm a cabling infrastructure engineer, and i bought this just to have as a reference guide. However... The only way to look something up is to search it for it by name. There isn't a table of contents or that type of selectable search. Its good for info to be sure, but this app version it's just not setup well.
